With my new foray into the world of interviewing folks, I’m taking mad off time to research some great interviews. Well, at least I’m curious to see how others get a rise out of stars. I met this cat Matt Zaller from the National Lampoon during the press junket for HK2. Dude was telling me all these crazy stories and this one definitely stood out. During the process for Borat, dudes had to submit questions 3 weeks in advance so that Sasha Baron Cohen could properly prepare to answer the questions in character. In fact dude was supposed to answer off of a teleprompter. So, Matt followed the process but used a very simple costume move to get Borat to deliver a great interview…peep it:
